When it comes to Millennials and beverages, the trend is going towards healthier options when they sit down to enjoy a drink. Also, being a Millennial, I can see the appeal for these kinds of products. Due to my bad sleeping habits, it’s gotten harder to get out of bed in the morning, and during the day it can get difficult to remain focused and energized. It might be bad habits I picked from last semester, but at most I'll get six hours of sleep on average. I know this because my alarm app tells me so (unfortunately). So, to stay up and be productive, I tend to drink coffee, and I have never been a coffee drinker at all in the past.
